SCC is licensed for 45 children, ages 2-6 years.
Enrolment/Waitlist
Full-time and limited part-time spaces are available. We accept waitlist applications (no fee) by phone (780-436-1823) or online. Link HERE
Times of Operation
Operating hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Fee Schedule
Fees schedules are set annually and are payable in advance by the first of each month. Please phone for current rates.
Registration Fee
A one-time fee of $100 (per child) is payable upon registration and subtracted from your last month's fee provided we receive one month's written notice of withdrawal.
Holiday Closures
The Centre is closed for one Professional Development Day per year and the following holidays:

b. Family Day
c. Good Friday
d. Easter Monday
e. Victoria Day
f. Canada Day
g. August Civic Holiday
h. Labour Day
i. Thanksgiving Day
j. Remembrance Day
k. Christmas Day
l. Boxing Day
Federal Affordability Grant
In January of 2022 the Canada-Alberta Early Learning and Child Care Agreement went into effect. The Federal Affordability Grant reduces the monthly parent fee based on hours per month. Full-time is 100+ hours. Part-time is 50-99 hours.
Provincial Subsidy Program
Families that qualify may apply for child care subsidy from Alberta Family and Social Supports through an on-line process. Go to https://www.alberta.ca/child-care-subsidy.aspx to see if you qualify and for pre-approval.
